Mixing Instructions Below

Foals

Mix 4 ounces of milk replacer powder (1 measure*) into 1 quart of warm water. Feed 1 to 2 quarts 4 times daily for the first 3 weeks, then 2 to 3 times daily until weaning.

Other Ruminants (Llama or Alpaca Crias, Deer Fawns, Elk Calves)

Mix 4 ounces of milk replacer powder (1 measure*) into 1 quart of warm water. Feed 2 to 4 ounces of this solution 4 times daily for the first week. Increase the amount to 8 to 12 ounces 3 times daily until weaning.

Pigs

Mix 4 ounces of milk replacer powder (1 measure*) into 1 pint of warm water. Feed 2 to 4 ounces of this solution 4 times daily for the first week. Increase the amount to 4 to 6 ounces 3 times daily for the second week, then to 8 to 12 ounces twice daily until weaning.

*The measuring cup provided in the bag holds approximately 4 ounces of milk replacer powder. For greater accuracy, a suitable scale is recommended.
